With a solid business background and earlier exposure to creative design in jewellery, Connie's next step was, naturally, her own business. Today Connie is marketing her own creations through Glamour Junkie Jewellery, where she incorporates art with fashion trends. Her work ranges from glamorous to modern & chic. Her original pieces are made from materials that include stainless steel, sterling silver, Czech and Swarovski crystals, resin, glass & wood beads, semi-precious gemstones, shell and freshwater pearls. Family trips to the Bancroft Gemboree were Connie's early introduction to stones and jewellery. It was here that her innate flare for design was sparked. By Grade 6, she was designing rings out of telephone wire!
